Dear customers and passengers, we recommend consulting the following travel policies before traveling in Mexico and / or the United States:

Trips in Mexico

By official provision of the Federal Government, it will be necessary to present, as of June 17, 2019, an official identification with photograph and valid at the time of your purchase, boarding and during your transportation journey in all our buses.

If you are a Mexican citizen, the official documents that you can present are:

  • - Credencial del Instituto Nacional Electoral - INE
  • - Passport
  • - Military record.
  • - Professional License.
  • - INAPAM credential.
  • - Driver's license.
  • - Original school identification with photograph (in case of minor)

If you are a foreign citizen, the official documents that you can present are:

  • - Passport.
  • - Current original migratory document that corresponds to your country of origin, issued by the competent authority.

If you buy your tickets at our ticket offices or points of sale:
Present your original official identification with photograph and valid at the time of purchasing your tickets and when boarding any of the Grupo Senda's buses.

If you buy your tickets through our website or Customer Service number (Call Center):
Provide your details as they appear on your original and current official identification at the time of purchase, otherwise it will not be valid.
If you pick up your ticket at the ticket office you must present your original official identification with a photograph to our service agent in order to receive the ticket. Finally, you must present your ticket or electronic ticket along with your official identification at the time of boarding.

Travel in the United States

By official provision of the US immigration authorities, it is required to have completed your I - 94 migratory form electronically via the Internet.

Do it with up to 7 days in advance of your trip, entering in: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/

You must present an impression of your completed form and your immigration documentation in order to board the bus.
